Introducing Our New Extended Learning Enrichment Program!
Details: We are pleased to announce the launch of our Extended Learning Enrichment Program, specifically designed to provide additional meaningful learning opportunities for the children who will be entering Kindergarten next school year. In anticipation of Central Dauphin’s transition to Full-Day Kindergarten next year, this new program offers our older preschool students the opportunity to gradually adjust by experiencing an extended school day a few times each month. This optional program is designed to support a smooth transition to a full-day schedule for Kindergarten students.
During the extended 2-hour session, students will enjoy lunch together (parents are asked to provide a labeled lunch) and engage in a variety of enriching, developmentally appropriate activities. The curriculum focuses on Kindergarten readiness through targeted lessons in language and literacy, social-emotional learning, music and movement, small group collaboration, gross motor play, work time and more.
We look forward to supporting your child’s continued growth and development and preparing them for the exciting journey ahead in Kindergarten. Online registration for this program will begin on Tuesday, September 23rd via the website. Spaces are limited.

Program Offerings: There will be 4 days offered each month (on Wednesdays and Thursdays) from October –April. All classes will take place directly after regular classes end for the morning and will be run by current teachers and staff.

November – 5, 6, 19, 20
December – 3, 4, 17, 18
January – 14, 15, 28, 29
February – 11, 12, 25, 26
March – 11, 12, 25, 26
April – 15, 16, 29, 30
Fees: $25 per day. Fees will be charged to the card/bank account you have on file on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month. (example: fees will be charged October 1st for all days registered for the month of October.)
Instructions for registration: You will register by filling out this Google Form. You should receive a Google Form confirmation shortly after submitting to confirm your registration. Please contact the office if you do not receive a confirmation. You can register for more days at any time throughout the year but please register by the last day of the month for the upcoming month.
